Fenna and Billie (Smokin Kills) became DRHA Year End Champion Non Pro & Intermediate Non Pro! It was a great show season!

Waterland Quarterhorses builded new stalls! All stalls are 3 x 4 meter or 3 x 5 meter, so the horses have nice and big stalls. Besides that we builded a new place to wash and clean the horses and a tackroom. (see the pictures below)

Fenna and Billie won the Non Pro Lawson Bronze Trophy with a 146!! In the same weekend they won also the Non Pro Morrison Trophy with a 72! What a great show and a great end of the show season 2011!

At the International Western Event in Belgium Fenna rode a 219 with Billie! They became 3rd in the Lawson Bronze Trtophy! Manuel Bonzano (ITA) won the Trophy with a 221,5.

Fenna and Billie won there third Morisson Trophy of the year with a 73,5! In the Intermediate Non Pro they became second with a 72,5.

Fenna and Billie became for the second time NRHA European Champion Intermediate Non Pro! With a 217,5 they won the title and the trophy!

The run:

Fenna and Billie presented The Netherlands at the Word Reining Final in Sweden. They had a 216,5 and won the bronze medal at the Restricted Division! In the Open Division they placed 10th!

Fenna and Billie won the second Morisson Trophy of this year. With a score of 74 they had a great run! See here the run:

Fenna won last weekend at the DRHA Spring Slide the Non Pro Morisson Trophy! Great start of a new show season!

The horse magazine BIT placed an interview with Fenna. It became a nice article with pretty pictures. It's about Fenna her plans for the future and the combination of welfare and topsport.

Fenna and Billie won the Non Pro Trophy with a 72! The next day they won the Intermediate Non Pro with a 72,5!

Fenna and Bilie became NRHA European Champion in the Intermediate Non Pro. Besides that they were 3rd in the Non Pro at the European Championships in Sweden!

At the Italian Reining Derby in Reggio Emilia Fenna and Billie were qualified for the intermediate non pro and non pro finals! They became 5th in the Intermediate Non Pro derby and 10th in the Non Pro derby!!

At the European Futurity in Kreuth Fenna and Billie became reserve champion in the Intermediate Non Pro with a score of 213,5!!

At the DRHA Spring Classic Fenna won with Smoking Kills the Non Pro Trophy with a score of 72,5! The day after they also won the Intermediate Non Pro with a score of 72!!

Holidoc Hickups has a beautiful foal of Shiners Vintage. A dun mare, just like her mom!

Fenna and 'Smoking Kills' (Billie) became DRHA Year End Champion Snaffle Bit Non Pro!!

With a score of 215 'Smoking Kills' and Fenna became the Reserve Maturity Champion 2008!! Just behind Nico Hormann with a 216,5..!

Fenna and Billie became second in the Lawson Trophy held during the Dutch Championships in Marienheem!

At the Dutch Championships last weekend the Gelding 'Little Bit Radical' became second and fifth in the Open Aged Geldings!

Fenna and 'Smoking Kills' placed first and third in the Amateur Reining and 4 in the Jackpot Open Reining!

The second foal is born! It is a beautiful mare out of 'Royal Paula Quixote' (by Okie Paul Quixote) and Shiners Vintage (by Shining Spark)!!

Our first foal of this year is born! 'Blue' has a beautiful stallion foal of 'Smart Star Dixie' (by Grays Starlight)!!

 

The Sitecom Reining Challenge in Panningen was very succesfull and a good start for 2008!!

Fenna and 'Billie' won the 4 & 5 year old Snaffle Bit class with a 72!

And right after that they became Morrison Trophy Champion with a score of 71!

'Royal Paula Quixote' (Paula) is our new broodmare! This mare has a great showrecord and also a great paper!

Paula is a daughter of 'Okie Paul Quixote'! This stud is a NRHA Limited Open World Champion, NRHA Futurity Limited Open Champion
NRHA & NRCHA Money Earner. And a NRHA All-Time Leading Sire
Sire of offspring with earnings of $366,000+ !!!

Paula is in foal of 'Shiners Vintage'! (Taris Vintage x Shining Spark )

SHINERS VINTAGE himself has proven to be an excellent performer with limited showing in Reining. He is a very consistent performer with most of his scores around 73 and 74 and several times as high as 75+ !
In 2005 we decided to take him back to the show pen after 3 years of "show-retirement". At his first show weekend he did excellent. He was shown 3 times and finished the weekend with 1 AQHA Sr. Reining Champion and 2 Bronze Trophy Reserve Champions. His scores were 74, 74.5 and 75 !  

Shiners Vintage qualified for the WEG Teams of Germany and Austria, shown by Michael Saupe and Markus Morawitz.

Qualified for the 2007 NRHA European Affiliate Championship in OPEN, INTERMEDIATE OPEN  & LTD. OPEN. with only very few shows in 2006. 

and she will be bred in 2008 with 'Einstein'!

A champion, earning over $ 147,283 with Tim McQuay, and Duane Latimer, Einstein is one of the all-time leading money earners in NRHA history. A gorgeous red dun stallion out of Great Red Pine, Einstein was the 2000 Congress Reining Futurity Open Champion and earned 3rd place at the prestigious NRHA Reining Futurity. Einstein was also a finalist at the NRHA Derby and NRBC.

Fenna and Billie won the Breeders Futurity Bit Non Pro in Kreuth!!! With a score of 215,5 they won the finales! This with a 4 point difference to the second place!

A dream came true!

Fenna and Billie (Smoking Kills) can call themselve DQHA FUTURITY CHAMPION 2007!

This was their first big show and a good one! Our mare Radical Blues became 7th in the Hunter under Saddle Maturity!

Gratulations to Corrie and Roland Ekkelenkamp with their new horse 'Kid'! We wish you lots of fun und luck with her and off course also welcome to Waterland Quarterhorses!

'Killer' is a 4 year old son of Lil Dry Peppy. This stallion will be shown by Fenna at international Reining shows!

Our 5 year old mare Radical Blues won the Halter Aged Mares and became Grand Champion Aged Mares Open!

Fenna showed the mare 'Pass The Boogie Bar' in the Junior Reining and placed 4th in the open! She also showed the stallion GP Olena´s Tycoon, a 4 year old son of Olena San Badger!

Our mare 'Hickups' became a broodmare now and is bred by Shiners Vintage, owned by La Mesa Quarterhorses in Germany.

The apprentice Program gives non pro riders the possibility to find out how it is to work as a professional trainer. Fenna started this apprentice program by Michael Saupe in Germany. From oktober 2006 she works as a co trainer. In oktober 2007 she can decide to be a non pro again or remain being a professional trainer.

Fenna and Holidoc Hickups 'World Open Reserve Champion Senior Reining Non Pro'!

Fenna and Holidoc Hickups 2nd and 3rd at the NRHA European Championships! In the Limited Non Pro Fenna and Hickups had a score of 213 and in the Non Pro a score of 218,5!!!

A new healthy foal is born form TuckR Command!

Fenna and Holidoc Hickups are selected voor the NRHA European CHampionships in the Limited Non Pro, Intermediate Non Pro and the Non Pro. Together with Michael Saupe she will show at this show in Austria.

Fenna and 'Hickups' won their first Non Pro Morisson at the DRHA show in Schijndel!! At the same show she win the Limited Non Propewter too.

Janto and Fenna, both training with Rudi Kronsteiner, had to share the second place with a score of 144. The first place was for Agnes Ramme with a score of 144,5.
